  Stopped in for breakfast this morning and we sat for almost 15 mins and no one came to our table..I finally ask the hostess who our waitress was and she replied I don't know.. but, she did go to the manger and told him we were upset.. after another 5 minute wait he came over and ask us what we would like to drink.. there was no im sorry you've had to wait this long or anything.. when my husband said he was not at all happy with having to wait that long while others that were seated after us were served.. all he replied was I'm sorry and what can I get you..shortly after that a lovely waitress came over with drinks and a smile.. when we ask her what the problem was she replied I'm not sure I just walk in and overheard that you were not happy and said I'll take care of them and that she did.. when we got our food the portion was ridiculous there was about four bites of hash Owens on our plate.. worst bob Evans I have ever been too.. I love bob Evans but, will never eat at this one again. Someone needs to give the manger there some lessons in people skills..

  Went to Bob Evans for the first time today and it was amazing. I got pancakes and some other stuff and the food was relatively fast getting to the table. Everyone was nice and the place had a very cozy vibe to it. I would definitely recommend Bob Evans to anyone. I will come back here. It was a great experience.
